In light of Covid 19, we have been working closely with the Auglaize County Health Department. We have taken several precautionary measures to ensure our Holiday market is safe and sanitary for all, and that social distancing requirements are followed. Signage will be placed throughout the market reminding shoppers to wear their masks and maintain proper distance from each other.
Here are some of our new health and safety guidelines for our November2020 market:
Is optional but not required
Hand sanitizing stations for customers and vendors will be placed sporadically throughout the indoor market space. All vendors will also have hand sanitizer available in their booth spaces and will be sanitizing their booths regularly throughout the weekend.
All vendor booths will be set up indoors only with proper space barriers in place as approved by the health department.
Aisle ways throughout the market will be 15-20 ft wide to ensure proper distancing among shoppers.
STAFF/VENDOR TEMPERATURE CHECKS
All Rustic Farmhouse employees, volunteers and vendors will have their temperatures taken upon arrival. If anyone registers a temperature of 100.4°F [38° C], he/she/they will be sent home immediately.
Customers are also encouraged to take their temperatures prior to arriving to the Rustic Farmhouse Market and are asked to please stay home if they feel unwell. All attendees are expected to clean their hands frequently according to CDC recommendations.
We want to assure our Rustic Farmhouse attendees and the community that we are very mindful and aware of the COVID-19 pandemic and how our world has changed in light of it. We understand that coming to the Rustic Farmhouse Market may not be for everyone.
But many people have told us that they are excited and want to come shop in a safe and beautiful indoor environment. So we are cautiously proceeding with our Holiday market and can’t wait to welcome Rustic Farmhouse shoppers!
